To undertake to drive one's bicycle in an adequate manner in order not to cause disturbance and / or damage to other cyclists and / or, in any case, to anyone else;
To be aware that, in the event of non-responsible conduct on the track, the organization may also provide for removal from the circuit, without any refund of the amount paid;
To undertake to respect the routes prepared and the prescriptions provided by Godoit;
To be aware of the obligation to use the approved protective helmet, under penalty of exclusion from the slopes;
To be aware of the obligation to mount safety lights on your bicycle;
To be aware that the route develops on the track of a racetrack, with everything that comes with it also in terms of the conditions of the road surface;
To authorize Godoit to publish and disseminate their images, shot on the track and in the paddock area, for all their commercial, marketing and communication uses; prohibiting its use in all those contexts that may affect the personal dignity and decorum of the subjects filmed.
To be aware that each participant is held personally responsible for his own conduct, (also) when he is riding the bicycle, and, consequently, to indemnify, hold harmless and fully guarantee, renouncing as of now to oppose any exception or limitation, for himself and for his successors and successors in any title, Godoit and ACI Vallelunga SpA for any request that, for any reason, should be made towards the latter due to damage caused by the undersigned to other participants and / or third parties and / or to goods owned by them (including the bicycle). Likewise, the undersigned renounces as of now, for himself and his successors and assignees for any reason, to request Godoit and / or ACI Vallelunga S.p.A. the payment of any amount by way of damages, compensation, reimbursement and / or, in any case, for any other reason connected, directly or indirectly, with the performance of activities on the track;
To be personally responsible and custodian of their vehicles (including any cars) parked and / or used within the entire circuit, renouncing as of now to take any legal action and / or initiative, in any location, against Godoit and / or ACI Vallelunga SpA for any theft or damage that may affect these vehicles, including one's own bicycle which must never be left unattended;
To renounce, in any case and more generally, any claim against Godoit, ACI Vallelunga S.p.A. and / or ownership of the racetrack for compensation for damages in any case related to the entry, stay and / or use of the facility by the undersigned;
I have read the Regulations on the website www.godo-it.com and fully accept them;
To have signed an insurance policy against any injury, with the simultaneous waiver of subrogation pursuant to art. 1916 of the Italian Civil Code;
